There are two ways to submit a request – submit anonymously, or login and submit. If you submit a request anonymously, you will not be able to track the status of your request, nor will we be able to contact you.

Am I required to submit a media file such as a photo, video or audio file?
No, it is not a requirement to submit a photo, video, or audio file. It is highly recommended to give the department assigned to respond has a better visual or perspective of the issue being reported. If no media files are added, please add as much details in the description about the location and contact information for follow up.
Can I create a service request anonymously?
Yes, however, we encourage you sign up for a Charlotte County, FL App account; you can submit a request anonymously and allow County staff to reach out if more information is needed in order to provide service to the location

If I create a Charlotte County, FL app account, what personal information is stored?
When creating an account on the Charlotte County, FL App, a new user is prompted to provide First Name, Last Name, and Email Address at sign up.
